Getting help
Report a problem or suggest a feature, follow it, and vote on the roadmap.
When something in InflowBooks does not work, or your committee needs something it does not do, tell us from the dashboard. Each report gets a reference such as IB-1002, and you can follow it until it is fixed or released. Only your masjid's administrators can send and see reports.
Reporting a problem
- Open the menu under your name (on a phone, More) and choose Report a problem.
- Write what went wrong in a few words, then what happened and what you expected. Choose how much it gets in your way, and add a screenshot if it helps.
- Tap Send report. The screen you came from, your browser and the app version go with it, so you do not need to describe them.
If an error page appears, its Report this problem link opens the same form with the error reference already filled in.
Suggesting a feature
Choose Suggest a feature from the same menu. Say what your committee wants to do and how you manage it today. If what you type matches something already on the roadmap, it is shown above the form: vote for it instead of sending a new request.
Following a report
Open Support from the menu. Open and Closed list your masjid's reports. Each one shows where it stands, every update and reply, and a box to add a message. A dot on Support means a report has news; you also get an email.

Known issues
The Known issues tab lists problems other committees have reported, or we have found, that are not fixed yet. You see our title for each, its status and how many masjids have it, never another masjid's name or what they wrote. If your masjid has the same problem, tap We have this too: it becomes one of your reports and moves with the known issue, so you are told when it is fixed.
Roadmap and votes
The Roadmap tab lists features we are considering or building. Tap the arrow to vote for one your committee needs. Each masjid has one vote per feature, and you can take it back. The features with the most votes are built first.
