There is no demo masjid. There is yours.

We keep no public demo to click around. Tell us your masjid’s name and we set up a demo in that name: its own web address, a login for the committee, every module switched on, for 14 days.

How your demo happens

Three moments. The third one is deliberate.

  1. Today 01

    Tell us the name

    Send the request at the foot of this page: your name, the masjid’s, an email, and the WhatsApp number the demo will sign in with.

  2. Within a day 02

    Your demo goes up

    A masjid in your name at its own web address, empty and ready. The committee’s login arrives on WhatsApp and email. If you would rather be shown round first, we do that on a video call.

  3. Day 14 03

    It closes, cleanly

    The demo ends and its records end with it, so try anything in it. When you are ready, your real masjid is set up fresh at its own address.

Everything is switched on

The demo is the full product with your name on it. A few places to start.

  • Houses and members

    Add a few houses, their members and a subscription each. Or share the self-registration link and let a household fill itself in.

  • Collections and receipts

    Record a payment and the receipt is issued and numbered by the system, ready to reach the member on WhatsApp.

  • Cash book and funds

    Income, expenses and transfers across funds and bank accounts, with each fund’s balance as you go.

  • Certificates

    Issue a certificate from the register, in English and a second language of the masjid’s choosing.

  • Notices and the public page

    Publish a notice and see it on the masjid’s own public page, beside the prayer times and campaigns.

  • General body

    Turn the period’s accounts into slides for the meeting, and mark attendance at the door from a phone.

For the curious

You typed an address nobody links to. These are the questions that usually come next.

Your records stay yours

Every list exports to PDF or CSV whenever you like. The database is backed up every night, encrypted before it leaves.

One login each, by role

Each committee member signs in as themselves, with what they may see and do set per area. Every entry records who made it and when.

Installs like an app

Add it to the phone’s home screen and it opens full screen, on Android and iPhone alike. Nothing from an app store.

What happens next

  1. 1. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm the name and the address.
  2. 2. Your demo goes up, usually within a day, and the login follows.
  3. 3. You have 14 days with it. We check in once, and otherwise leave you to it.
